Ex-Titans defensive tackle Jason Jones has agreed to terms a one-year deal with the Seahawks, according to a league source.

Eagles re-signed LG Evan Mathis to a five-year, $25 million contract.

The deal includes $7 million guaranteed. Mathis was drawing strong interest on the open market after Carl Nicks and Ben Grubbs got scooped up early, but will return to where he played under a one-year deal in 2011. Signed as a backup last summer, Mathis ended up thriving in OL coach Howard Mudd's system, and graded out as the league's No. 1 guard by Pro Football Focus. The Eagles re-signed RT Todd Herremans to a three-year, $21 million deal earlier in the week. Every member of the Eagles' offensive line is now signed through at least 2014.

Odlican ugovor, mislio da ce traziti vise, samo 7M garantovanih je odlican posao. Jest da je dovio pare za nadprosecnog LT

ali mi je drago da ce OL ostati na okupu sledece sezone, ove godine su bili prijatno iznenadjenje, jos ako ruki dvojac napreduje, mogla bi biti jedna od najboljih OL u ligi, alice morati da se poprave njih dvojica i da Piters odigra kao i prethodne sezone

E sad samo da nadjemo jednog dobrog LB, svi su i dalje na raspolaganju (Lofton, Flecer, Tulok, onaj iz Sijetla, kome sad nikako da se setim imena)...

Evo koliko je sranje bilo ono pisanje prosle godine da su Iglsi "odigrali na sve ili nista", ovaj sad tim bi treba da bude bolji nego prethodne sezone. Jednostavno, ovaj tim moze ostati na okupu bar jos 2-3 godine da svi odigraju odlicno i dalje, da ne krenu da padaju. Tad ce trebati zameniti Vika, Asu, Asantea (mada ja verujem da ce on otici najkasnije na draftu), ali osnova tima ce ostati, plus imamo opet dosta pikova na draftu...

To nije WR koji nam treba definitivno,slot WR imamo tagovanog Welkera i pod ugovorom Edelmana,e sad jedino ako se Welker ne pojavi u kampu jer nije pod ugovorom

U svakom slucaju,ako je zdrav dobro dosao je,pogotovo jer nije skup (minimum-salary type of contract)

Receiver Mario Manningham spent the first four seasons of his career catching passes from Eli Manning. Manningham could spend the next two catching them from Eli’s big brother.

A league source tells PFT that Manningham has agreed to terms with the 49ers on a two-year deal.

Samo sam hteo da vidim da decko uspe, jer znam, prateci 49ers-e dugo, da nije on zasluzan za propast tima, nego je vise bilo obrnuto. Uzasan coaching, losi igraci...itd. Onda kada tako nekog opterete bezveze, ja zelim da vidim da dokaze kako nisu u pravu. Eto, krenuo je u tom pravcu, pa neka nastavi u Miami-u, ako treba. To znaci ionako da ce Peyton u San Francisco, a ne mogu bas da se bunim zbog toga. Gotivim Alex-a, ali sam objektivan.

Cardinalsi otpustili G/C Rexa Hadnota.

Logično, pošto je potpisan Snyder. Hadnot je prošle godine bio starter na RG u svih 16 utakmica, i sigurno će lako naći novi tim jer igra obe G pozicije i C. Više nego solidan backup, nama nepotreban jer su za depth tu Deuce Lutui i Pork Chop Womack, mada očekujem da u kasnijim rundama uzmemo nekog na toj poziciji.

Posle Miami-a, Alex ce i u Seattle, sto sam i kapirao da je najrealnija destinacija za njega, ako ne potpise novi ugovor sa 49ers-ima.

S obzirom na to da ce razgovor biti negde tokom nedelje, trebalo bi da do tad zna i situaciju u San Francisco-u, posto ce Manning doneti odluku sutra ili prekosutra (bar kazu tako). Tako da, nadam se bar, ne moze da se desi da San Francisco ostane bez oba QB na kraju.
