Ako se na to doda sića koja mu sledi za ovu sezonu praktično ga imamo za nešto sitno preko 5 miliona po godini što je sjajan posao. A još ako se ponovi istorija sa Nickom Collinsom koji je eksplodirao u svojoj četvrtoj sezoni onda će ovo biti fenomenalan deal.

Braun puts Aaron Rodgers in tough spot

When Major League Baseball announced Ryan Braun's season-ending suspension Monday, the first person I thought of was Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers. It was Rodgers, after all, who in December 2011 offered a credible and passionate defense of the person he called his "best athlete friend" after ESPN and other media outlets connected Braun to performance-enhancing drugs.

Rodgers, of course, didn't just offer his support. He said on his ESPN 540 radio show that he trusted Braun "has not been using anything that's illegal" and added: "I'm very confident that that is the case." He was so certain, in fact, that he told a Twitter follower that he would "put up my salary" on his conviction that Braun was clean.

Top pick Datone Jones agrees to deal with Packers
Green Bay - Defensive end Datone Jones, the Green Bay Packers' first-round draft choice, agreed Wednesday to a four-year contract.
The Journal Sentinel's Tom Silverstein learned that Jones will receive about $7.7 million over the four years, and that the guaranteed portion of the contract is in the range of $6.3 million. That's basically the price of Jones' slot as the 26th overall draft selection.
