College football coaches, and fans, want to have bragging rights in every aspect of their program's success. That includes those players who go on to the NFL. Taking a look at the Spotrac NFL salary database, Georgia has one feather in its cap right now.
At this time, Georgia leads all colleges in career earnings among active players. While Alabama, LSU, Ohio State, Southern Cal, Miami, Florida, Florida State, and Clemson all have more active players in the NFL as of now, the 46 Bulldogs make a combined $788,442,261.
That $788 million is almost $70 million more than the next school, Cal, and over $106 million more than the third school, USC, and over $137 million more than Alabama.
