The Boston Herald reports offers for the Patriots’ third overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft have been “laughable.”
The Patriots, per a source that spoke with the Herald about the team’s draft plans, are still waiting on a “serious” offer before they consider trading away their first round pick. New England should have a shot at one of Drake Maye, Jayden Daniels, or J.J. McCarthy if the team stays put at No. 3. Jacoby Brissett, who signed with the Pats last month, would serve as something of a bridge QB option if the team invests in a blue chip quarterback prospect.
Ništa gore od trofejne franšize koja se u potpunosti urušila, mora sve od nule, ima priliku za to, ali iz nekog razloga svakodnevno pravi dramu oko trejda iako nema apsolutno nikakav levridž u pregovorima :palm:

Jasno je da nećemo QB-a da biramo sa tako visoke pozicije. Isuviše veliki rizik, udarac na cap itd. Nije da smo skockali tim, pa nam samo Majče nedostaje. Briset može da odradi dobru sezonu, ako se poklope kockice. Ja bih birao WR kao prvog pika.

Razumem i tu logiku da se trejduje 3.pick. Samo onda ide odma pitanje: A kad mislite da birate "frančiznog" QB?
Iduće godine? 2026?
Previše je jak izazov.

The Athletic’s Dianna Russini reports the Rams are “calling to get into the top 10" in Thursday evening’s draft.
Armed with a first-round pick for the first time since 2016, the Rams apparently don’t know what to do with themselves. They are currently sitting at No. 19 overall. Moving up a minimum of nine spots would take a lot of ammunition for a team with an aging quarterback, one that just lost Aaron Donald to retirement. We can’t say we would advise it, especially were it for a pass catcher. Alas, Sean McVay has long been addicted for bold moves for star receivers, with extremely mixed success.
