Ex-NBA player Nate Robinson is trying out as a defensive back for the Seahawks on Monday.
A first-round pick in 2005, Robinson's NBA career lasted over a decade, but has fizzled out. He spent the spring playing in Israel. Robinson does have some football experience, ripping things up as a two-way star in high school before playing 13 games for the University of Washington in 2002. He then dropped the sport to concentrate on basketball. Only 5-foot-9, Robinson has legendary athletic ability, but it's hard to view this as anything more than a lark.
